Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Shop-2-Shop Migrator ("the app"), operated by Ignite Apps. By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

Copy one Shopify store into another. Install on both stores, run a free read-only audit to see what will move, then migrate. It transfers products and variants, media, collections, customers, order history, inventory, locations, discounts, gift cards, pages, blogs, navigation, files, metaobjects, metafields, markets, translations and themes, in dependency order. Every import is keyed on a natural identifier (handle, SKU, email), so re-running updates records instead of duplicating them.

Your responsibilities

• You must own, or be authorised to administer, every Shopify store you connect.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you ask the app to process.
• You must not use the app to process data you have no lawful basis to process.

Charges

The app is free to install. Paid features are charged through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Charges are confirmed by you on a Shopify-hosted confirmation screen before they are applied.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (including Shopify) may interrupt it.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time; uninstalling removes your stored connection. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
